Find My Best Loan
Find your best loan in about 60 seconds
Answer a few quick questions. You’ll see the loan that fits you best, why it fits, and the exact documents to gather. Nothing here checks your credit.
What are you looking to do?
How do you use the home you’re refinancing?
How do you earn most of your income?
How long have you been self-employed?
Where does your business income land?
Do your tax returns show what you really earn?
Most business owners use write-offs to lower their taxes. That’s smart, but it can shrink the income a bank counts.
How will the property be rented?
Have you served in the U.S. military?
About how much is the home?
Use the price you’re shopping, or what your home is worth if you’re refinancing.
How much do you plan to put down?
What is your credit score, roughly?
A best guess is fine. Nothing here checks your credit.
Which state is the property in?
Has another lender turned you down?
When do you want to close?
Your match is ready

How Find My Best Loan works
Most lenders start with one question: what do your tax returns say? If you own a business, earn 1099 income or buy rentals, that question can shrink your income on paper and cost you the home. This tool starts with how you actually earn. It matches you to the loan built for that, whether that’s a bank statement loan, a 1099 loan, a DSCR rental loan, a jumbo loan, a VA loan or a conventional loan.
You’ll also get a document checklist written for your loan. A W-2 borrower needs recent pay stubs. A bank statement borrower needs 12 months of statements. A DSCR rental loan needs no personal income documents at all. Gathering the right papers early is the fastest way to a smooth closing.
